Summer Camp 2020

UPDATE 3/10 ..PRYC Summer Camp is now full. If you would like to leave your name and email at the PRYC front desk by calling 724-443-3796, we can let you know if any spaces become available throughout the summer.  Thank you!

The PRYC will limit the number of children registered into the summer camp program. We will close registration when we reach capacity. Weekly schedules and payments must be submitted by Wednesday for the following week no later than NOON or your space will be opened to wait list participants.
Schedules and check payments can be submitted using the drop basket on the PRYC front desk.
Once we are started with week one, the PRYC front desk will accept phone schedules and over the phone payments during the hours of 10AM-2PM M-F only.
We cannot host late accounts. Due to the popularity of the program, payments and schedules need to be made on time. No exceptions.
Remember we are Peanut and NUT free.
A Note From Lisa Finn
Hello Families!
Can you believe another summer is right around the corner? I have been fine tuning our summer camp information and we are ready! Registration will begin on February 10th! I am excited to say that we have been getting many inquiries so be sure to register your child early into the program before I close off registration.
When you register you will need to pay the registration fee, fill out a registration form for EACH child, and pay for the first week you will use the camp. It is very important that we know your approximate summer schedule at the time of registration. Make a note on the calendar provided/ or on the registration form of what your summer schedule should look like!  I like to see who is using the camp for only one or two weeks and who is using the camp weekly. This is important for me as I plan the counselors and activities.
Payment and schedules for the first week attending is required at registration...updates can be made as many of us do not know the exact days that are needed in February for June! One common question that I receive is: "Lisa, I know I will need three days a week but I do not know which days just yet. What do I do?"  My answer is to go ahead and make the best guess on the first week of which days you will use. We will update one month prior.
Be sure to read everything that is included in the Parent Guide. We have minor changes this year! If you have questions regarding specific concerns, do not hesitate to email me at, or call 724-443-3796.
I look forward to seeing all of the campers this year!
