Fitness Programs
Along with youth sports, the PRYC offers a wide variety of fitness programs to help members and guests maintain strength, flexibility, and well being.
ADULT YOGA
Come join us and experience the benefits of Yoga which includes flexibility, strength, balance, plus relaxation and stress relief! We will begin meeting Thursdays, September 10th from 7-8:15PM- $10 per class drop in fee. Certified instructor, Barbara Schaefer, will lead this program. First class is free! Come and try it out! Great program for beginners, to advanced! No class October 11Th.
Korean Karate will will strengthen your mind and body. It develops strength, speed, agility, balance and coordination. This class meets every Monday at 6:45 (beginners section) and 7:30 (advanced).
